Onward Christian Soldiers

Recently I posted about John W's insane rant, face twitching in anger as he declared "he" will "never surrender" in Iraq. My question, which seems to have no answer, is "What does surrender look like, Mr. McCain?"
Well, perhaps it's "not converting Iraq to christianity".
Marines pass out Gospel verse to Iraqi Muslims, Iraqis say
I may not be an expert on the Koran, but this is an(other) act of war. One that might not be overlooked as easily as, say, killing everyone in your family.
FALLUJAH, Iraq — At the western entrance to the Iraqi city of Fallujah Tuesday, Muamar Anad handed his residence badge to the U.S. Marines guarding the city. They checked to be sure that he was a city resident, and when they were done, Anad said, a Marine slipped a coin out of his pocket and put it in his hand.
Out of fear, he accepted it, Anad said. When he was inside the city, the college student said, he looked at one side of the coin. "Where will you spend eternity?" it asked. He flipped it over, and on the other side it read, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16."
"They are trying to convert us to Christianity," said Anad, a Sunni Muslim like most residents of this city in Anbar province. At home, he told his story, and his relatives echoed their disapproval: They'd been given the coins, too, he said.
Like I said, I'm not expert on the Koran, but I know what would happen if a religious army was occupying our country (with a citizenry that's almost as heavily armed as that in Iraq) and trying to convert us all to their flavor of Kool-Aid.
I'm a big fan of "troutfishing", and have read his diaries about the "christianization" of our military with interest. I was therefore not that surprised when I discovered that Bush's Praetorian Guard, Blackwater, is owned and operated by a fundamentalist "christian" family.
I mean, we're already pumping millions of OUR tax dollars into political organizations masquerading as "churches" under the "faith-based charity" programs (and I don't hear anyone calling for them to end.) Fourteen million went to that lunatic Pat Robertson, alone, and he's hardly "non-partisan".
And it's not like the Bush/Cheney administration has been shy about sending billions of OUR tax dollars to Cheney's former employer and noted GOP donor, Halliburton.
Who's building the "crusader fortress"? Does anyone know if they've got "christian" ties?
Any of these things, taken separately, are bad enough, but handing out scripture to muslims, in a muslim country, in the city that we surrounded before bombing the hospitals, first, then marched through and killed so many people the soccer field was full of graves? This might be the dumbest thing I've heard of, yet.
Crazy monotheistic fundamentalists are gonna get all of us sane people killed.
I suspect that if John "I'm like bush with PTSD" McCain is elected President, "surrender" won't be an option. "Defeat" will be our only option.
